It's no secret the benefits of raw honey are endless. Of course you can eat it by the spoonful, but there is also some amazing ways that you can use honey to sweeten things up. We've gathered some of our favorite dishes inspired by our friends on Instagram that incorporate our honey. All guaranteed to make your mouth water and belly happy.
The Lemon infused raw honey has a bright flavor and a wonderful contrast between the sweetness of the honey and tartness of the lemon. What can you do with lemon infused honey? Drizzle it on your pancakes, toast, bagels, yogurt, anything! Put some in your tea to help soothe a sore throat. Or any other way you enjoy it!
Apple Cinnamon infused honey is a wonderful treat that pairs well with hot cereals, yogurt, fruit, or drizzled with any other foods you may wish to enjoy.
Cranberry infused honey is the perfect complement to your holiday meals. It would pair well with chicken, turkey, vegetables, and pretty much anything else you may wish to put it on.
Most honey is nutritionally dead, all of the benefits have been stripped away through filtration and pasteurization. This type of honey is found in your average grocery store. In contrast, raw honey contains vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and amino acids which are very beneficial to your health. You can find this type of honey at Zach and Zoë Sweet Bee Farm! We offer delicious raw honey with several infused flavors.
Honey is well known as a delicious sweetener which possesses medicinal properties. But does it really matter where or what kind of honey you buy? Yes, it does. Most honey that you get from the grocery store is not considered “raw honey” or honey in its natural state, the producers tamper with the molecular structure of the sugar by heating it up to pasteurize it. The pasteurization process kills much of the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and enzymes in the honey decreasing the nutritional value leaving you with simply a sugary syrup.
However, raw honey is a loaded with antioxidants, pollen, and other health-boosting benefits. Raw honey raises levels of antioxidants-helping the body fight free radicals that cause diseases. Honey contains polyphenols, which are powerful antioxidants that have been shown to reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer. Allergy sufferers should buy local raw honey because the local pollens will be present in the honey and help reduce allergy symptoms. Overall, raw honey is packed with health-boosting properties that help you stay healthy!
Where can I get raw honey? ]]>Like our Bees , we take utmost care of our products; we bottle our honey manually, without adding any additives or preservatives. Our honey comes from the hive to the jar without any heat treatment, preservatives or anything that could decay the nutritional content of honey ( enzymes, anti-oxidants, antibiotics, etc…).
With a high quality honey base ( RAW Honey ), we work to widen its benefits while catering to the market demand, offering different flavors for different palates that our beekeepers select under strict quality control in ideal proportions.
We offer our clients flavors such as Raw Wildflower Honey with Beetroot which increases the benefits of Honey. By adding Beetroot, additional benefits like reducing cholesterol, fighting osteoporosis, diabetes, anemia, etc are introduced in our products.

Recipe Notes: If your granola bars don’t seem to be staying together when you cut them, you may have made them too thin or you didn’t pack them in tight enough. Stick them in the fridge for 20 minutes and that should help keep them together. {Be sure not to keep them in there too long or else they’ll become super hard!}
The next time you make them, try reducing the butter to 3 tablespoons and really packing them down.

]]>The flavor of honey really comes through in these little loaves. Another bonus: Honey retains moisture and therefore keeps baked goods from getting dry and stale. If you're not crazy about walnuts, sub in almonds, pecans, or pine nuts—or just omit them. Frozen in a heavy-duty resealable bag, these honeyed loaves will taste fresh-baked for up to 3 months.

The flavor and color of honey depends on the pollen collected from individual flowers. Our Wildflower Honey is a blend of many flowers gathered in the summer months making it a unique flavor each harvest. Thicker and darker than other honey, it provides more antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, than lighter honey. Our golden clover honey is a combination of white Dutch clover, white blossom clover, and yellow blossom clover. Mild and sweet in flavor, this floral honey is very versatile.
